All models include 5 year parts and labor and 5 year tank warranty. All industrial water heaters have spark ignition and flue dampers except first two items. ASME models and electric commercial models are also available. We also offer gas and propane commercial model up to 725M BTU plus commercial electric models with voltages from 110 to 480.
